Every install shows one of these labels so a rep-reported sale is never confused with a Sonar-verified order or an activated install.
SalesRabbit supplies claimed activity. Sonar alone verifies SecureNet orders, activations, and recovered installs.
Only due pre-install confirmations and post-install checks count as open calls or place a rep behind.

Sales are the totals submitted on completed or active FieldOS shifts. Frontier and Verizon are grouped together.
This read-only pilot grades sales, qualified field activity, required customer calls, and mature install conversion. Reps cannot see these grades yet, and nothing here changes payroll.

Assigned customer record
History corrections save the previous value, new value, editor, timestamp, and note in the audit log. Rep clock punches remain protected. Text Customer drafts a message you can edit, then opens the phone’s normal messaging app with it loaded. FieldOS never sends the text and cannot see whether it was delivered, so you are asked to confirm afterwards whether it actually sent.
Look up any customer by name or phone. Results are read-only summaries — phone numbers are masked and billing, payment, and account credentials are never shown.
Enter at least 3 letters for a name or 7 digits for a phone number.
Check whether a home already has or has had SecureNet service. Serviceability is not confirmed here — an existing record does not make an address serviceable, and no record does not make it unserviceable. Always confirm serviceability with SecureNet qualification / NOC.
Include the street number and enough of the address to identify the home.
Sonar is permanently read-only. Preview exact SecureNet customer matches before updating FieldOS.
Connected · ready to reconcile
Reads each installed account's Billing → Services & Packages from Sonar and prices the rep commission from the tier and add-ons it finds. Preview first: nothing is written to FieldOS until you apply, and nothing is ever written to Sonar. Unrecognized products are held for you instead of being priced.

An external write returned an unknown outcome. FieldOS blocks only that record and will not retry or release it automatically. Check the exact row in Google Sheets before resolving it here.

This legacy helper can normalize install aliases only when no source-account shift history exists. Any open or closed alias shift requires a dedicated audited migration; this helper never rewrites shifts.

Shifts whose SalesRabbit screenshot could not close the punch on its own — overnight shifts above all. Approving hands the rep a fresh, time-limited confirmation; rejecting leaves Shift Adjustment as the only way the shift closes.
A read-only comparison of each closed SecureNet shift against that rep’s own SalesRabbit dispositions for the same day. Nothing here changes a clock-in, a clock-out or a payroll figure — clearing a shift releases the review, and a held stipend waits for a decision on this screen.
Describe the report, number, filter, alert, import, or workflow you want added or changed. Explain what decision it would help you make and give a real example when possible.
Submitting a request does not change data or start development.
Approval records your decision; it never starts a build or deploy automatically.
Start with the receipt. FieldOS reads what it can from the photo and leaves the rest blank — nothing is filled in for you unless it is printed on the receipt. Check every field before you submit.

This questionnaire screens for fit with a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only, door-to-door role. The knockout wording confirms the applicant understands there is no wage, salary, or benefits and that they control their own schedule — but a signed answer here does not by itself establish contractor status. Before engaging any qualified applicant, confirm the working relationship still satisfies the applicable federal (IRS common-law / DOL economic-reality) and West Virginia worker-classification tests — especially behavioral control, schedule/route control, and integration into the business. Have counsel review the contractor agreement, commission plan, and any equipment/app requirements. Screening answers are retained for hiring records only and are visible to owners.
